My theory for English-speaking readers.
That's anarchy theory dedicated to make society so free as it really possible can be, but without destroing state as social institute, changing their institutes according the aims of the theory.
This theory has two main section. First section announses politics as a product(service), that can be free produced and bought by any citizen. Second section of theory is theory of justice. It's learning, that justice of any political or saying wider, social thing(including politics) can be sharply defined as just, or not just. Second part of theory is needed to define, what kind of politics can be produced and can not. That was the summary of theory. Below will be some extentions.
Market of politics. Politics as a product.
Bill Clinton said:"Democrañy is market". He made two mistakes. There's not democrañy in America now, like in any republic country, because election sistem of republic state is system of taking away power from people to the "elected". And second - he said only about market of material products. So elections - is the way of loosing power by people. Media, school, universities are learning, that it's ideal system, but it's not so, and don't forget, elites in all times of mankind's history said to people, that they was living in the best possible state, time and so on. So, election is loosing power by society. What's alternative? This theory is answer. Theory says: the market is more free sistem for producing, selling and byuing products. Theory said: politics is something usefull for society(or must to be), so it's like a product. Theory says: we can do society much more free, than now, if we announce politics as a product and invent the market of politics. Next I'll say about second part of theory.
Theory of justice.
We can talk about any thing in public life is it just or not. So how do we catch it? We just compare this things with some principles in our head, according to the situation. One man beated other. It's not just. Why? Because every man have right for their inviolability. One man beated other, but as a defense from him after he started first. Now it's just. Why? Because everyone has right for selfdefense. So, naturally, in such way we can prove that any thing in public life just or not. How? Look. The principles, we used to compare when estimate justice are like a branches of tree. There are some big branches, from them started another, more thiner and so on. At the end of that tree we already can use the most final principles for estimating of justice of any public thing. Theory says: politics would be offered to society only when it's proved, that it is not unjust. That's analogy of any product market - the product can't be harmful for people. For politics such criteriya must be justice.(Really, it's a hypothesis, and it's also can be, that society will offer another or additional "quality cheking" sign for politics, except justice. Well, there is another property of justice's principles - it's property of ierarchy. That means, that in cases, when two or more principles of justice are saying different things about some thing, there is through them the most strong principle, that decide the question about the justice of that thing.
How it can be working?
You may say: "Well, idea is great - we're inventing the market of politics, Ok, everyone starts to offer what he wants. It'll be nothing, but a chaos, that will distroy all we have now. So what to do? How it may be working?". Theory can offer such way. That's naturally market way. That is. Someone invents new politics. He knows he invented something very useful for society - new reform of law system, may be tax reform or something else. He sure it is. So, what he must to do? First of all, according theory, he must check out his politics for justice. (That means, there must be some cheking institutes in society.) Well, we proposing, his politics is not unjust, so he's got the permission for making it real. How? Where he'll get money and how he'll get profit from making his politics. Theory offers to use now existing way of stock company. Politician, according a theory, starts to act like an enterpriser. He can establish a stock company, that emits some shares(stocks). So his company acquires neccesary capital for making his politics. Next this company(of this politician) starts to make this politics real - it creates new institutes, making something they need. And what further? Further, people will pay him(and his company) for using politics, he(his company) have done. You can say: "What? New taxes? Actually, we don't need them". You'll be right, but also mistaken. Theory says: you will have choice - you could use old way of solving your social problems, but you also will have opportunity to use new way of politics. For money? - Yea, for money, but imagine - for example new politics made possible to pay 100$ less taxes. And this politics will cost for you only 30$. What'll be your choice? I think in that case you choose pay 30$ for politics instead of use old way. That's the real new revolution way of social progress - market way for politics and all social activity. Theory says - people now also pay for politics, but there's actually very thin connection beetween it's cost, it's profit for people, and for man, that makes this politics real. Theory creates this connection, giving to everyone real right for solving problems of society they live in without any "elected" politicians, sponsored by corporation, following their interests. Theory makes it possible BUY POLITICS, NOT POLITICIANS. The key sense of this words is that the politics according theory may be bought by everyone, and the politician - now - only by corporation, not by the ordinary people. That's another key profit of theory. One important remark - what you sell and buy, when we talk that politics is product. Answer is: "Politics must be intellectial product, like soft, but it's sense - it is the idea. The main value of politics is it's idea. So, that should be the intellectuel right for the idea as the main part, sense of politics. It's the only way to make politics selling and byuing product. Second part - is form of it's realisations. There can be variants, like with music record company - one song may be record at different lables. Such thing is possible with politics.
Another details.
This theory is selfregulated. Because the principles of justice acting in it, also acting on it. So, if some details of theory in future will be proved as not just, so they can not act and will must be deleted.
This theory is not completed. It's clear. It's too revolutionary for our society now, it's like utopia, but it's real. So it's open for developping by all interested in it.
And the last. It's revolutionary theory. It's real anarchy theory, that free people of many centures dreamed about. But it will be better, if you'll must be careful when starting to apply it. The main principle here must be: good estimating, not destroying existing social structure while you'll not sure, the new ones are working properly. I think, it must be started with little projects, but the main principles of theory can be taken into account also in big politics.
